Your bond is refunded back to you 2-3 business days after your booking date/event, once the bus has been inspected by the team.

NON REFUNDABLE IF:

• Booking cancelled within 21 days from booking date

• Damages or broken items on the bus (we deduct required amount to pay for the damages and contact you if there is an excess)

• Minimum booking spend isn't reached (we deducted required amount to reach minimum spend)

• Vomiting or additional cleaning is required after trip. We deduct $80.00 towards the cleaner

• Additional cleaning from food mess. We deduct $80.00 towards the cleaner

• If you have cancelled your trip within our policy period, a $50 admin fee is kept from the bond payment.

NOTE: Please do not stand on seats. No throwing or hanging anything out the windows. Be mindful to finish food before boarding the bus. People can smoke on the bus as long as the butts go in an empty drink or bin. We are pretty laid back when it comes to what you do in the bus, but when in public areas along the trip, especially toilet stops, please be respectful to the public.
